Jill Pozniak

Jill Pozniak passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family at her long time North Brunswick residence on October 28th, 2025. She was seventy-two years old. Jill was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on November 11th, 1952, to the late Robert Donald and Patricia Ann Velloso. Jill was raised in New Brunswick and attended the local New Brunswick school system. Upon graduating from high school, she went on to attend business school to get her certifications which would aid in advancing her professional career. She went on to become an administrative assistant for the Vice President of Johnson and Johnson, a position she would hold for over forty years until her retirement in 2010. In 1976, Jill met her husband and life partner Doug Pozniak. They would go on to Marry in 1980. Jill lived life to her fullest, she attended many concerts, her most memorable being, Lady Gaga, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix and Michael Jackson. Jill also traveled all over the world with her husband Doug. They took many trips to Italy, Aruba, Florida, Las Vegas and New Orleans. Jill was an avid dog lover and would frequently volunteer for the Mid Atlantic Great Dane Rescue.
Jill Pozniak is predeceased by her loving husband Doug Pozniak and her sister Patty Vellosso. Jill is survived by her loving son Doug Pozniak along with his significant other Kimberly Krasenics. Jill is also survived by her two sisters Kathy Cook and Karen Glassen. She also leaves behind four adoring grandchildren, Hailie, Elizabeth, Brielle and Alain.
A formal visitation will be held at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick, 555 Georges Road North Brunswick New Jersey on Saturday November 1st from 12pm-4pm.
