His Legacy Jim William Edmunds, 76, passed away on February 20, 2024. He was born on June 18, 1947, in Trenton, Michigan, to Bill and Faye (Croft) Edmunds. Jim married the love of his life, Carol Lynn Jones, on December 30, 1992, in Stanley, Idaho. Jim will be remembered for his storytelling and passion for singing. After working for 30 years at Ford Motor Company, Jim transitioned into a career as a longhorn cattle rancher in Texas and Utah. He enjoyed fishing for bass and exploring the Western United States on his BMW motorcycle. He was deeply loved by his friends and family, who will miss him dearly.
His Family Jim will be missed by his loving spouse Carol Lynn Edmunds; his children, Sara Edmunds, Katie (John) Monk, Amanda Halligan, Andrea Hall, and Alicia (Michael) Deroix; siblings, Stan (Mary) Edmunds; sister-in-law, Arlene Edmunds; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Bill and Faye Edmunds; and his brother, Larry Edmunds.
His Farewell Jim's family and friends will gather from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel, in Hamburg, Michigan. His Community Farewell will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel, in Hamburg, Michigan.
