He is survived by three children: John (Shaleah) McNeil of Poplar Bluff, MO, James "Jimmy" (Dayna) Mesey of Patton, MO, and Jeremy (Laura) Mesey, Paragould, AR; 10 grandchildren: Aleah, Silas, Steven, Koda, Sydalie, Ryder, Izaiah, Ellie, Willow, and Millie; and five siblings: Sue Sincleair, Rob Mesey, Billy McCraig, Tim (Toni) McCraig, and Janine (Dick) Oxley. In addition to his parents, Jim was also preceded in death by one sister: Cindy Mesey.
The family is hosting a memorial gathering for friends and family from 3pm-7pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at The American Legion in Qulin.
