Rich was a dear neighbor and friend of ours. We had many chats and laughs on our porch with Rich. Even though his illness made it difficult he pushed forward and never gave up. He spoke often of his children and admired them all. He was very proud of them. God bless your family during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.God Bless. To the Bailey Family,
So sorry to hear about Richard.
He will be missed dearly.
I remember all the great times we had working at the Plaza, and when I was younger I went along with you to the races at Dorney. And how my dad and Bailey working together at Wolf. And a few years ago Bailey and Don ended up working on the same job site for a while. It was great seeing him and catching up on a few good times..

My prayers and thoughts are with you. If need anything let me know.

Dear Bailey family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I'll always remember the time Richard spent with me as I was growing up, going to the races or just shopping for cookies, he always was great to be around and was always concerned for how I was doing. I know the coming days, weeks, and months will be hard and hope you find comfort in knowing he has touched my life and many others that had the pleasure of knowing him!
