Jimmy Arvil Anderson, 77, of Heber Springs formally of Romance passed away Friday, July 28th at his home. He was born January 4, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William and Betty (McKinney) Anderson.
Jimmy was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was a dog handler in the Canine Division. He enjoyed riding his Trike that he built from the ground up. Jimmy was the Arkansas State Director for Brothers of the Third Wheel for many years. He also enjoyed traveling and camping, especially with his grandkids.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Ava Anderson; two sons, Preston Anderson (Kimberly) of Pangburn, and Raymond Taylor (JuliAn) of Searcy; two daughters, Michelle Peppers (Eric) of Romance, and Jeni Brewster (Keith) of Mitchell, Indiana; one sister, Malia Brogan (Gary) of Romance; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Anderson.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, August 4th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will start at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 5th in the Searcy McEuen Chapel with interment following at Gravel Hill Memorial Gardens in Romance, Arkansas.
All Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
