Jimmy Campos Obituary
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Celestino "Sal" Campos and Raymond Campos.
Jimmy leaves behind six siblings to cherish his memory: Louis A. Campos (Carol), Judith O'Leary (the late Jerry), Alphonso Campos (Karen), Wilfred Campos (Kerry), Anthony Naquin (Vickie), and Dorothy Naquin Guidry (Shannon), along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A lifelong resident of Terrytown, Jimmy was an avid Saints and LSU fan. He also attended every New Orleans Jazz home game and was a proud member of the original Zig Zag Marching Club. Jimmy had a deep love for music and shared his joy with those around him.
He worked for Riley Wesco beginning in 1973 and remained a dedicated employee until his retirement in 2020.
Jimmy loved his family dearly and will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and loyal spirit. He will be deeply missed and thought of every day.
Jimmy will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
