Special message from your granddaughter Marlisa,
I have given myself a headache the past couple of days not knowing how to start this. I was hoping the right words would just come to mind. But, anyone that really knew my grandpa, knew he could be a complicated man at times. Today, I walked outside and looked up, then said "You're going to make this complicated too aren't you grandpa!" To know him was to also know you would be equally aggravated with him as much as you loved him. We will all miss his smile and sarcastic comments, but most of all, I will miss him calling me and getting on to me for not calling an checking in with him every week.
The family will receive friends at Kersey Funeral Home on December 22, 2023 from 1:00PM - 2:00PM Funeral services will be at 2:00PM on December 22, 2023 at Kersey Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Foster officiating. Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park.
