Jincy loved all things thrift shopping, sitting on her porch, puzzles; watching a good show on Animal Planet, but most importantly enjoyed spending time and relaxing with her family.
A gathering of friends and family will occur on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, between 9:00 and 10:00 AM at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Jincy is survived by her son Donnie Carlock; grandchildren, Shiloh and Lexy Carlock, Hannah and Josh Kiser, and Noah Carlock; great-grandson Kian Kiser; her brother Ondar Gibson and her sisters, Dorothy Gibson and Gilda Black.
Jincy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Charles Gibson, Tracy Gibson, Ronnie Gibson, and Carl Gibson; sisters, Beatrice Gibson and Phyllis Gibson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
