She was born to the late Addison Thomas Morton and Marion Harbruck Morton on January 18, 1959.
A lifetime learner and educator, she is survived by her husband, Ted Miller; sons, Keith (Katilyn) Miller and Troy (Giuliana Brogna) Miller; grandson, Addison Miller; sister, Donna (John) Thomas; brother, Brad (Terry) Morton; and many nieces and nephews and their children. She was known as "favorite aunt Jo" to family and friends alike.
Her many friends will be received Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 2 - 4 PM and from 6 - 8 PM with a service to follow at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Rd., Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-232-2732).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 129 18th St. #3703, Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-232-2630).
