She is preceded in death by her husband's Roland "Doc" Alvin Williams and Fred Garland, and her precious dog T-Bone.
She is survived by her children Midge Hunnicutt, Rick Williams and wife Erena, Rhonda Laughlin and husband Philip, Drew Williams and partner John Wright, Heather Rutherford, Joey Baker and husband Rex, her siblings Don Donnell and wife Jodi, and Shirley McClelland, grandchildren Corbin Anderson, Ashley Anderson, Petie Cole, Zachary Jones, Grant Jones, Derrick Jones, Mason Rutherford and Dallas Laughlin. Great grandchildren Braxton Cole, Berkley Cole, Colt Anderson, Casey Anderson, Mallory Jones, Blake Jones, Brandon Jones, Kacie Jones, Graci Jones, Barrett Jones and Harper Jones, her extended adopted family Carlos, Celia, Lizabeth, Alma, Charlie and Azekiel Cruz.
A celebration of Jo's life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th Street, Rogers, with Pastor Donna Ward and Pastor Rick Booyer officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Circle of Life Hospice. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com
