Dear Shaw Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Jo-Zetta.
She is an amazing person who will not be forgotten. I admire her purposeful driven life.
My heart and blessings to you as this truly dynamic and beautiful person is not physically with you at this time. Please find comfort that, although she is not here at this time, her soul, her spirit and her presence will always endure for those fortunate enough to have met her and for the blessed many who will enjoy the fruits of her labor.
Jo-Zetta: From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you, I admire you and I thank you. You did a great job at living Life.

Condolences to her husband and children. She is singing with her guardian angel now! What an amazing woman. I still hear her voice and see her smile from all our Folsom visits. My condolences to the Shawl family. I met Jo-Zetta at Lankenau in 2015, and after being there a short time; she knew my name......One day I was walking in the hallway and I heard someone say "Hey Trae, how are things going? Are you adjusting well"....at first I did know how to answer.....she called my name as if we were friends....is this a test??..No...It was who she was....She tried everyone the same....always asking how things where and that her door was always open if I needed anything......and she meant it....She was a Classy Lady and a Friend......She will be missed.

JoZetta,
Your style, your grace, your class was admired by many. Your beauty was no match for your intelligence and that's saying a lot because beautiful you were, inside and out. I will forever be grateful to the Almighty for allowing our paths to cross more than twenty-five years ago. It was an honor to work with you but most importantly it will forever be an honor to call you friend...
You will always be my JoJo and I will remain your Barbie Doll.. Kiss the face of Jesus for me because I know you will be held closely in his arms.
To your family I express my deepest condolence . I will miss her physical presence but her face, her smile and her sense of humor will be forever etched in my heart.

My deepest sympathy to your entire family..I am truly saddened to hear about the loss of Jo-Zetta! I had many good years working with her at Springfield Hospital and enjoyed the daily fashion show...she was adorable! We shared many family stories, she was so proud of Nick, bringing her Mom in for lunch and her love for the beach and of course her collection of shoes! Most of all, she was a kind and caring nurse that cared deeply for her patients. I'll never forget her happy beautiful smile. Sending love and prayers to all of you...she will be missed!

Dear Dr. Shawl and Nicholas,
I am shedding tears for your pain over the loss of your wife and mother. Dr. Shawl, you are THE most caring physician I will ever meet. I would put my life in your hands. I also think of you as a friend and wish I could be there in person to offer some comfort with my presence and a listening ear. I am sure you are greatful to have eachother to lean on through the difficult days and times ahead. In my circles we wish eachother the following: May Jo-Zetta's memory be for a blessing for you and your family and May you be comforted among the other mourners among your people. We celebrate Jo-Zetta in our lives at DCMH!! She was a dynamic administrator and so much fun!! We have missed her wit and insight, especially as the health care industry at Crozer has dramatically changed. She had a way of keeping us in perspective. And, can we talk about the fashion maven she was to all. Her well coordinated outfits always put a smile on my face. Thanks Jo-Zetta!! You were one of the good ones.

Dear Tim and family,
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Jozetta's passing. She was the nurse administrator for several years when I first began working in Pearl Hall, and I remember her as unfailingly professional, competent, and informed. She kept her cool and her sense of humor no matter what crises appeared, and was instrumental in providing the great care given in that setting. I truly enjoyed working with her and hearing of her further progress professionally. She will be missed. You all have my deepest condolences, and I hope that, over time, her memory will be a source of consolation and even joy for you all.
