Joan Curtis

Joan L. Curtis, of Langhorne, PA passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2024 at 82 years old. She is survived by her loving children: Russ Curtis, and his wife, Michelle, and Margaret Marino and her husband Mike, grandchildren: Russell Curtis, Sophie Grace Curtis, Emily Marino, Michael Marino and Anna Marino. She is also survived by siblings: John Anderson and Mary Ann Lindenman. She is predeceased by her parents George and Anna Mae Anderson and her siblings Pat Anderson and George Anderson.
Joan was a caring, sensitive and loving mom and grandmother. She was a graduate of Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, PA. As a lifelong artist, Joan loved to paint and draw and proudly showed her art in many art shows through the local area such as, Manayunk, Chestnut Hill, Doylestown, New Hope and Ocean City, NJ. One of her dreams was to open an art studio, which she did called "The Curtis House" in Rockhall, Maryland. In her leisure, she loved spending time with family and friends, gardening, filling empty spaces with planters, sewing, dancing and cooking for her friends and family, at which she was very skilled in making delicious meals. She will be missed by all who love her.
