Obituary published on Legacy.com by Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Inc. - Snow Shoe on Dec. 31, 2025.
With hearts anchored in faith and souls lifted by eternal hope, we share that Ginger Joan Hall Kendrick, lovingly known as Mamee, entered into everlasting life and was joyfully welcomed home by her Lord and Savior on December 30, 2025, at the age of 96. She lived with peaceful certainty of knowing with whom she belonged and confidently awaited the promise of eternal life. Born on August 4,1929, in Snow Shoe, Ginger was the beloved daughter of the late Suzanna Mizarek Hall and Harry W. Hall, who instilled in her the values of faith, family, and perseverance that would guide her throughout her life.
On June 5, 1953, she united in marriage with the love of her life, Robert Lee Kendrick. Together, they established their home in Grassflat, building a legacy rooted in devotion and quiet, steadfast service. Whether through her years with Bell Telephone or her calling as a nurse, Ginger's life was defined by a spirit of care; her kindness and patience became a sanctuary for all who knew her. From her earliest days to her final peaceful breath, she lived as a beautiful testimony to a soul who walked hand-in-hand with Christ, trusting fully in His divine providence.
A deeply devoted Catholic, Ginger's faith was the foundation of everything she was. God was first, always. Prayer was her refuge, the sacraments her strength, and trust in God's divine will her constant guide.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Lee Kendrick; her parents, Suzanna Mizarek Hall and Harry J. Hall; and her siblings, Thomas Jaymes Hall and Margaret Ann Hall.
She is survived by her loving children, Ginger Veres (Edward) and Jacquelyn Wick (Thomas); her cherished grandchildren, Keereea Lee Wilkinson (Christopher), Karigan Weaver (Colton), Levi Wick (Alex), and Dakota Wick (Elise); and her precious great grandchildren, Ezra, Areia, and JaKoa Wilkinson, and Colby Wick, each one a living reflection of her love, her faith, and the values she passed down through generations.
She is also survived by her dear siblings, Jack C. Hall (Andrea), Harry J. Hall, and Fredrick B. Hall.
To her grandchildren, she was more than a grandmother. She was Mamee, a name spoken with tenderness, safety, and unconditional love. She was kind, strong, and thoughtful beyond measure. She loved fiercely, first and foremost God, then her family, and even the simple joys of life, including her love of baseball. Her presence brought peace, her words offered comfort, and her prayers were powerful and constant.
While we grieve her absence here on earth, we rejoice in the certainty of our Catholic faith. Ginger has finished her earthly journey and now rests in eternal peace, wrapped in God's mercy, and welcomed into the glory of Heaven.
"May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
May the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace."
Numbers 6:24–26
May the angels lead her into Paradise, may the saints welcome her, and may perpetual light shine upon her forever.
