Joan A. Labossiere

Joan A. Labossiere, 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 22, 2025. She was the beloved wife of her first husband, the late Charles Hillier, and of the late Carl Labossiere. Born in Providence, Joan was the devoted daughter of the late Raymond and Roseanna (Bush) Tetreault.
She is survived by her loving children, Charles L. Hillier, Patricia D. Cote, Dawn M. Eidam, and Wayne W. Hillier; her seven cherished grandchildren; and eight adored great-grandchildren. She also leaves her siblings, Margie Betts and Frank Polaski. Joan was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Baker.
A longtime Certified Nursing Assistant at West Shore Health Center, Joan dedicated her career to caring for others and made a lasting impact on many lives within her community. Above all else, her family meant everything to her. The love, devotion, and selflessness she shared with them will remain her enduring legacy.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 in The Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. Warwick. Joan's memorial service will be held at 7:00pm, following the conclusion of calling hours. Her burial will take place in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
