Age 76, of Moon Township, formerly of Sewickley, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Loving mother of Phillip E. (Gena) Gouker. Grandmother of Nathan, Kali, and Marley Gouker. Daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Mastroianni) Vescio. Sister of the late Mary Jane Harden and Roseann (Francis) Perriello. JoAnn will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

JoAnn Gouker was the steady center of our family - strong, loving, and fair. She spoke her mind, stood by what she believed, and cared deeply. She had a special love for her dogs and treated each one like family. Her home was a place of comfort, with the smell of something cooking and a quiet sense of warmth.

She showed her love in the everyday things - taking care of others, cooking meals, and staying close to the people who mattered to her. As her son, I always knew I could count on her. She didn't always say things softly, but she always meant them with love. Her grandchildren adored her, and she made sure they felt welcome, fed, and cared for.

JoAnn lived a simple, grounded life. She believed in showing up, taking care of what mattered, and doing things the right way. She will be missed, and she will be remembered with love.

As per JoAnn's wishes, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial for JoAnn has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. Please check back in the near future for an update on services for JoAnn. Arrangements are entrusted to RICHARD D. COLE FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis, PA 15108.
