Joanna Pierce Obituary
She was born on April 29, 1945, to Marcella Gamble (Harrison) and William Anderson in Indianapolis, IN. Joanna was a bookkeeper during her 40-year career.
Joanna is survived by her son, Mitchell Aaron, daughter-in-law, Jenn Kampmeier- Aaron; her siblings, Linda McFatridge, Jeanine Wernke, Kevin Gamble, David Gamble, Jon Gamble, Bryon Gamble Jr. (Butch) and Lana McElroy; and one grandson, Zane. She was also an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Joanna was preceded in death by her parents William Anderson, Marcella Gamble and step-father, Bryon Gamble; husbands Ray Aaron and Joe Pierce; daughter, Lisa Aaron; and siblings, Jeanette Adkins and Gloria Polling.
Joanna lived a full life and will be remembered for her selfless heart, sense of humor, and for her love of reading and cooking.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure!
Joanna chose cremation as her final wish. The family of Ms. Pierce will be hosting a Celebration of Life on August 13, 2022, from 3:00pm- 6:00pm at the private residence of Mitchell and Jenn Aaron, 13553 Lorenzo Blvd, Carmel, IN 46074. All are welcome to come and celebrate Joanna's life well-lived
