Joanne graduated from Liverpool High School. She then began her employment at Bristol Myers Squib where she worked for 28 years. After retiring from Bristol Myers, she worked for Phoenix Transportation for 15 years. Joanne loved her animals. She often rescued dogs, cats, and horses and dedicated her life caring for them.
Joanne is survived by her husband, Paul; her children, Kenneth (Lynda) Donofrio, of Baldwinsville, Paul A. (Deanne) Wallace of Liverpool, Kenneth (Julie) Wallace of Baldwinsville, and Paul Decook of Syracuse; her sister, Irene (Bob) Davis of Toms River, New Jersey; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Lamson Road Community Church, 2259 Lamson Rd, Phoenix, NY 13135. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse, NY 13208
