Jodi Lee Stotz

Jodi Lee Stotz of Petersburg, MI, died on Sunday August 10, 2025, in her home of complications from a lifetime of juvenile diabetes, she was 54 years old. Family and friends may visit Capaul Funeral Home (Ida, MI) on Friday August 15, 2025, from 4pm to 8pm. Jodi will lie in state at Capaul Funeral Home on Saturday August 16, 2025, from 10am until the funeral service commences at 11am. Jodi's burial will take place at Maplewood Cemetery (Ida, MI) immediately following the funeral service.

Born on November 28, 1970, in Toledo, OH, Jodi was the daughter of Gerald Stotz and Barbara Gray. She was a 1989 Ida High School graduate. Jodi also attended Monroe County Community College (Monroe, MI). She worked for Stotz Farm (Ida, MI) and at Ida's Party Stop (Ida, MI). When Jodi wasn't working, she enjoyed gardening, canning, making salsa, cooking, baking cookies, taking pictures, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Survivors include Jodi's parents Gerald (Patty) Stotz and Barbara (Erik Mischke) Gray, her son Jerick Sitto, her daughter Sydney Sitto, her brother Jesse Stotz, her sisters Jerri (Rick Mills) Stotz and Jami (Dan) Carson, her nieces and nephews Brea, Jett, Kegan, Kierra, Reece, Tessa, and Ryah, along with numerous aunts and uncles.
