Joe Bill Dever, 52, passed away on September 27, 2025, at his home in Sweeny, Texas.
Joe was born in Chula Vista, California, on October 9, 1972, to Connie and Judy Dever. He grew up in Brazoria County, Texas, and graduated from Sweeny High School in 1991.
Joe was a loving son, brother, father, and friend. Many will remember him for his relentless pursuit of his dreams, his passion for motorcycles and technology, and his career as a commercial truck driver and escort.
He is survived by his parents, Connie C. Dever and Judy Badgett; sister, Keri Baker; children, Chase Dever and Taylor Sperry; granddaughter, Pandora Harris; and niece and nephew, Jake and Emma Baker.
