Joel Turley Obituary
He was born on October 9, 1956 in Harrisburg to the late Joan R. Estright.
Joel was a very active member of Eberly's Mill Church of God, Camp Hill, where he was on the visitation team. He enjoyed hiking, shooting pool, was an avid fan of Penn State football and the Philadelphia Eagles.
He was affectionately known as "The Mayor of Briggs Street", his neighbors and friends will remember him being active and caring of his neighborhood and community.
Surviving are 2 brothers; Jeffery E. Turley of Deltona, FL, Charles C. Chubb and his wife, Tina of Lewisberry, 2 sisters; Kathy Harshman and her partner, Charlotte Fennell of Fort Myers, FL, Maria Herman of Deltona, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Eric C. Brooks.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Eberly's Mill Church of God, 115 Creek Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
