I remember growing up as a little boy in Hillsboro,Joel used to let me hang out in his barber shop on Covington street and would pay me to sweep up just so I could have some spending money.In hindsight he couldve done it himself but he was actually looking after me.I can still see him chewing on his cigar while telling stories and laughing while clipping the old timers hair.Joel was a wonderful man and a great friend.I just never realized how special he was until now.My most sincere condolences to Joyce and Ginger.Go rest high on that mountain now Joel.God bless you my friend.❤
