Joellen Knepper Obituary
She was born August 24, 1949, in Warren, OH, the daughter of Dwight and Arline (Burton) Linger.
Joellen graduated from Champion High School, Class of 1968. She retired from Century Link after 39 years of service. She loved reading especially romance novels, crafts, making stuffed bunnies, bicycle riding, and going to casinos. Over the last 14 years, she loved spending the winter months in Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Edward Knepper of Warren, OH; son, Bryon (Linda) Knepper of Warren, OH; sister, Carol Ann (Larry) Knepper of Bristolville, OH; and grandsons, Paul and Sean Knepper both of Niles, OH.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Linger.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Meadow Brook Memorial Park, Warren, OH.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
