Joetta was born in Shady Grove, Kentucky on February 10, 1934 to the late Ed McIntosh and Mamie Waldrop McIntosh. She was a member of Altona Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons; William "Buzz" Stevenson (Nora) of Benton, KY, Harris Stevenson (Faye) of Benton, KY and Elvis Stevenson of Calvert City, KY; daughters, Melva Pace (Danny) of Benton, KY and Dora Brindley of Ledbetter, KY; sister, Flora Mae Clerkin of Clarksville, TN; 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Melvin Harris Stevenson; brothers, Paul McIntosh, J.C. McIntosh, David McIntosh and Wendell McIntosh and sister, Katherine Davis.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 11:00 am at Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Roger Rice officiating.
Burial will follow at Fooks Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Collier Funeral Home located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, KY 42025. 270-527-3141.
