John W. Bottger Sr., 85, of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday April 3, 2025. He was born in Riverside, NJ, on February 19, 1940, to the late E.O. Bottger and Cecelia Bottger (née Feeney).
Beloved husband of Kathleen Bottger (née Snow). Loving father of John W. Bottger Jr. (Elizabeth) and Keith Bottger. Cherished Pop Pop to Dylan.
John was a lifelong fan of all Philadelphia sports and could often recite the Phillies' lineup from memory. In his younger years, he enjoyed golfing and camping with his family. He took great pride in coaching his sons' soccer teams, creating lasting memories for both his family and the teams he led. In later years, John loved the monthly breakfasts with his grade school friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, April 11th, at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Cinnaminson. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, also in Cinnaminson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to Orchard Friends School, 405 Linden Ave, Riverton NJ 08077 or Autism Society Southwest NJ #532, PO Box 469, Mount Laurel NJ 08054
