John Chase Obituary
He was born on March 9th, 1947 to the late Clarence and Ruth (Church) Chase.
A lifelong farmer at heart, Jack also loved driving trucks, especially for the former Lehigh Gas Co in Norwich, CT. He married his beloved wife Anita and they made their home in Lisbon farming together.
Besides his wife Anita, Jack is also survived by one daughter; Jaclyn Chase and her wife Katie Riley, a son; Kevin Chase and his wife Jessica, one brother; N. Paul Chase, a sister; Patricia Hamel and his precious grandchildren; Haley Chase and Jack Silveira Chase along with his four bonus step grandchildren Matthew Nelson, Jayce Chinigo, Kylie Cusson, and Kacedy Cusson-Riley.
Calling hours will be held at the Griswold Funeral Home, 30 N. Main St., Jewett City CT on Monday, September 1st from 5pm – 7pm. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd at 10am at the Reed & Haskell Cemetery , Ross Hill Rd., Lisbon, CT.
