COLYER, John Albert, Age 87. Loving husband of Donna Mae (nee Phelps). Father of John C. (Ellen), Gary, Lisa Bryson (Larry) and Katrina McFarlane (Matthew). Grandfather of Elizabeth, J. Vincent, and Jonathon (Vivien) Colyer, Jason and Patrick (Percilla) Bryson, J. Elias, Chloe, and Joel McFarlane. Great-grandfather of Madison and Jenavieve Baumgartner, and Parker, Warren, Savannah, Abbigail and Ameliyah Bryson. Also survived by his identical twin brother Joseph (Anne), sisters Helen and Jane, sister-in-law Patricia Arszman, and numerous nieces and nephews. John was very proud to have served in the United States Army in Korea and to have worked many years as a truck driver. After retirement, he put his truck driving skills to good use as a volunteer for the Red Cross and pursued his industrious nature driving for a rental car agency for many years. He relished an opportunity to regale you with stories of his military service and trips driving around the country. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m.
