It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle John Corti, on February 5, 2025. John was a kind, thoughtful, and passionate individual whose love for life and dedication to his interests made him unforgettable.A true enthusiast of video games, movies, and computers, John was always the first to share his latest gaming achievement, recommend the best films, or discuss the intricacies of the latest tech gadget. His passion for these hobbies extended beyond just a pastime – they were a big part of who he was, and he took immense joy in exploring new worlds, both real and virtual. Whether he was immersing himself in the stories of his favorite games, analyzing a film from start to finish, or building a custom PC, his excitement was contagious and always made those around him feel welcome to join in on the adventure. John had an incredible ability to connect with others through his love for these interests. His knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help those around him will be dearly missed. He brought joy and comfort to our lives with his laughter, his stories, and endless curiosity..While his time with us was far too short, the impact he had on his family and friends will be remembered forever. He is survived by his parents Christine and Bill; siblings: Billy, Marie and Stephanie (Joe); and his nephew Alex, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. We take solace in the fact that his spirit, his passions, and his love for adventure will continue to live on in all of us. Visitation will be Wednesday February 12, 2024 from 3pm-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday February 13 2025 at 11:30am at St. Anthony's Parish Church, burial to follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Rest in peace, dear brother.
