John Edward DeGraw, age 67, of Clinton, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri. A celebration of John's life will be held at a later date in Lebanon, Missouri.
John was born on January 26, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late John F. DeGraw and Shirley (Manheimer) DeGraw.
John loved watching the St. Louis Cardinals. Whether watching them on television or listening to the radio, he always made sure to never miss a game. During high school, John and his brother, Mike, played baseball, and his brother always said, "John was the best catcher he ever played with!"
John was preceded in death by his parents, John F. DeGraw (Jack) and Shirley (Manheimer) DeGraw; a sister, Jean Anne Peach; and daughter, Elizabeth Ann DeGraw.
He is survived by his daughter,Tabitha Lagunas; his grandchildren, Maddi Thomas and Jesiah Lagunas; brothers, Mike DeGraw (Brenda), Edwards DeGraw (Alice), Patrick DeGraw, and a sister, Mary Beth Richardson (Doug); his second wife, Caroline DeGraw, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a very close friend of the family, Rusty Presley.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
