John Warren Gilstrap, 76, beloved father, brother, and husband, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. He was born on January 22, 1949, in Elmhurst, Illinois, to Elmer and Eleanor Gilstrap. John is survived by his daughter, Jonahlyn Gilstrap-Oskay, and her husband, Scott; his granddaughter, Raquel Lucero; his wife, Debbie Gilstrap, and stepson, Dalton Webert; his sisters, Ethel Pascal and Karen Gilstrap; his nephews, Marc and Christopher Daigle; and his niece, Kristin Parisot, and her son, Jack. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025 at the Shrine of Saint Bernadette Church, followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Park at 11:30 a.m.
