**Obituary for John Joseph Keane Jr.**

**October 6, 1984 - March 1, 2026**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Joseph Keane Jr., a beloved son, devoted father, and cherished friend, on March 1, 2026. John was born in Trenton, NJ, and raised in the loving home of his mother, Agnes Keane, where he learned the values of kindness and family. He resided in Titusville, NJ, embracing life with an adventurous spirit and a zest for quality time spent with his adored daughter, Carma.

John's legacy will forever live on through his daughter, Carma Keane, who was the light of his life. He treasured every moment with her, especially playing matchbox cars, cherishing those simple yet profound connections that made fatherhood so rewarding. His warmth and passion for family extended to his mother, Agnes, and his brother, Michael Keane, as well as his extended family, including uncles Jimmy and Joseph Keane, and Charlie Morreale and wife Shelly, and his aunt Jane Morreale.

John was preceded in death by his father John Keane, Sr.

A proud graduate of Nottingham High School's Class of 2002, John demonstrated his tenacity on the wrestling team, facing challenges with determination. Professionally, he took pride in his work as an auto salvage operator and tow truck driver with Hamilton Recyclers, earning the affectionate nickname "Junkyard John" during his earlier days at M & M Bumper Plating and Auto Parts in Trenton, NJ. John had a unique charm and humor that endeared him to friends and colleagues alike.

In his leisure time, John loved to skateboard, rollerblade, and savor delicious home-cooked meals, particularly his mother's famous broiled pork chops and delectable pasta fagioli. His loyal companion, Duke, a cherished pet dog, brought him happiness and companionship through life's ups and downs.

A memorial service to celebrate John's life will take place on March 15, 2026, at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home.

A public memorial visitation will be held prior to the service, starting at 1:00 PM, with the memorial service following at 2:45 PM.

Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by John are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the joy he brought to our lives.

John Joseph Keane Jr. will be remembered for his loving spirit, sense of humor, and the indelible mark he left on everyone who knew him. We will hold him in our hearts forever.
