So sad....my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, whom he loved immensely. Catherine was the apple of his eye. Until we meet again, Jack....a true gentleman....

Rest In Peace Dr. Keene! You were an amazing teacher and kind person! Thank you for taking a chance on me and brining me to the Hudson Valley.

I had the privilege to work with Jack not only in the Emergency Department but also Administratively. Jack was a caring, compassionate and dedicated physician.
He will be truly missed and the field of Medicine has lost a great doctor. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Hello Mimi
I was shocked and saddened to read that Jack passed away in March. Since it was unexpected it must have been extremely difficult to bear and even absorb. I am so very very sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of both you and Jack. Baking holiday cookies, sledding in your backyard, Dutchess day school years....
Please know that my heart is with as you grieve and try to comprehend your sudden loss. I am here to help you if you ever wish to reach out for support.
With fondest memories ,
Sandy Blair
