As many others, I had the pleasure of working with John at MetLife. I will always remember John for the ease of his smile, for his sense of humor and for his caring nature. My condolences to the Kitlas family.

I was fortunate to work with and report to John during his time at MetLife. John was like a gentle giant. John always has a story relevant to the issue at hand and with a smile, as if to say, it will get better. It was a pleasure knowing and working with John. I am sure he will be missed greatly especially by those who were closer to him. God bless
