John Kovack Obituary
Jack, known to his family and friends, was born on September 18, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA. He was also preceded in death by one sister Ruthie LaFrance.
He retired from the Boeing Corporation and moved to Waxhaw North Carolina in 2004. He moved to Indian Land, SC in 2020. Jack was a board member of the Waxhaw Volunteer Fire (WVF) and served as their treasurer for 12 years. A volunteer position he loved. His love of travel took him to places around the world.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Paula (Pellicone) Kovack, his loving children Aleen Kovack of Horsham, Donald Kovack of Philadelphia, Pam Kovack of Philadelphia, Paul Kovack of Teleford, Janel Kovack, of Philadelphia and Stepchildren, Christine Cosmo, of Philadelphia and Michael Cosmo of Bensalem; his grandchildren David Raulfs, Andrew Raulfs, Megan Keown, Christopher Kovack, James Kovack; great-grandchildren, Brayden Raulfs, Ava Raulfs, Madison Raulfs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Dementia Society of America.
