Mr. Kurtz was my high school history teacher. So good looking. He was so disappointed that the numbers came out to pass me. Lol. He couldn't believe I actually passed. Thank you, Jesus! He was a good guy. I'm sure he will be missed. Being a teacher, he has had an influence in many. May God rest his soul.

You were a tough man, but a great man. History class is filled with memories as your student. I am glad I got to see you as an adult in your law office in Burlington. You are remembered as being a "cool guy". RIP Mr. Kurtz

I grew up with John in Yardville. We tried to connect with him for a high school reunion. I´m so sad I never got to see him again. He was a lovely kid and I´m sure grew up to be a wonderful husband and father. May he rest in peace and rise to glory. Sadly, Nara Dewar Duncan

My deepest sympathy to Nancy, Mick, and Maggie. I don't have a dog to pet, but I am going to open up a book tonight to read.

We lived a few houses down the street from each other and went to school from Elementary through high school (class of 1967). I always knew John as a gentleman, scholar and athlete. Rest in peace, friend.
