Survivors include his wife Jane McNeilan of West Union; daughter Meagan McNeilan of West Union; son Christopher McNeilan & Amber Campbell of West Union; sisters Cindy Hansgen of West Union, Theresa Frey of Nevada, Ruth Modlin of West Union; brother Randy McNeilan of Winchester; grandson Samuel McNeilan.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Noon at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery with military graveside services provided by the Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM till the time of the funeral service at Noon. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.
