John Roger Moyer

John Roger Moyer, age 72 of Rockwall, Texas passed away November 6, 2025 He was born June 28th, 1953, in Courtland, Ohio to Donald Moyer Sr. and Rosemary (Mitchell) Moyer.

John is survived by his wife Cynthia (Cindy) Moyer, daughter Kelley Steele and husband Scott of Lavon, TX and son Brent Moyer and wife Melissa of Lavon, TX; 6 grandchildren Katlin, Adrienne, Avery, Liam, Haley and Hanna. He is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Rosemary Moyer.

John's career started off in the parts department at Bill Black Equipment Co. in Oklahoma City, He then relocated his family to Rockwall, TX, where he became a Service Manager for Mi-Jack Cranes of Dallas. He then transferred to ITS where he was the Southwest Regional Service Manger until retirement.

John's passion was for cars both buying and rebuilding. Most of his last years were spent in his son's garage which they named the Toy shop, working and fiddling. He loved to travel and went on many trips with Cindy, family and friends. At his passing he had many trips still in the works.

A celebration of life will be held with close family and friends.
