A celebration of life will be held November 9, 2025, from 1-3pm at the Moose Lodge, 71 Cherry Hill Dr, Elkton, MD.
Jack worked for ABEX Steel for many years and then the State of Delaware as a maintenance worker, from which he later retired. He enjoyed fishing and shooting pool, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristina Sepulveda (Carlos) of Hubert; son, Richard Hurschman of Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Dominic and Robert; and sisters, Linda Riley, Bonnie Slone, and Terry Comer.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Stiner; his mother, Jean LaRock; and brothers, Donny and Larry Stiner.
