John A. Sutter of Heavener, Oklahoma was born June 11, 1965 to Ronald Alan and Carole Jean (Bonotto) Sutter and passed away on July 24, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 60.
He is survived by:

One sister:
Stacy Parenti
His church family at the Light and Hope Fellowship Church
Numerous other loved ones and a host of friends
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Alan Sutter.
John was a resident of the area. He was a dedicated welder, who took pride in his craft. As a cherished member of Light and Hope Fellowship Church, John actively participated in the community. John was known for his warm spirit and his love for spending quality time with his church family and friends. He had a remarkable ability to create lasting memories. His kindness and generosity will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025 at the Light and Hope Fellowship Church in Heavener, Oklahoma with Pastor Mahlon Petre, Pastor Phil Petre, and Pastor Vern Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Jesse Peight, David Peight, Andrew Peight, Hunter Peight, Darren Petre, and Jordan Petre.
Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday; 9:00 a.m. until Noon, Monday at the funeral home.
