John R. Uronis

John R. Uronis, age 86, passed away peacefully at his residence in Berkley on July 23, 2025. He was the husband to Carol-Lee M. (White) Uronis for 7 loving years. Born in Brockton, he was the son of the late Alexander Uronis and Eva (Pattee) Uronis. He enlisted in the Navy at 18 years old and proudly served his country. After the service, John held many different job titles but ultimately worked as a Firefighter for the Taunton Fire Department for several years before retiring. He enjoyed being out on the water, warm weather and sunshine, tinkering in his garage, and working out in the yard on his 20 acres of land.

In addition to his wife Carol-Lee, John is survived by his children Linda L. Wilkinson and her husband Douglas of Westerly, RI, Donna Pasley and her husband Rodney of Wyoming, Douglas Bradley of Florida, Lori Self and her husband Albert of Warwick, RI, Julie Bradley and her husband Randy of South Kingston, RI and was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Bradley. He leaves behind his grandson Jimmy O'Connell who was like a son to him, and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Chrissy, and was predeceased by many siblings.
