John Valenti Obituary
John was a Religious Educator for the Roman Catholic Church. He was married to Pamela "Pam" Valenti for 46 years.
John was an avid historian and genealogist. He loved teaching and preaching. He was an advocate for the voiceless and he loved Jesus.
John is survived by his Wife, Two Sons, John "Dan" Daniel Valenti, Michael (Amanda) Valenti; Daughter, Katie (Jake Toalson) Valenti; Two Grandsons, Luke Austin, Daniel Valenti; Sister, Marianna "Micky" (Ray) Trost; Brother, Mark (Kristen) Valenti; Four Nephews, Matthew Trost, Andrew (Sacha) Trost, Zachary (Erin) Valenti, Noah Valenti; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Santo John Valenti; Mother, Joan Veronica Valenti;
Visitation will be Thursday, April 20th, 2023 from 4:00pm until 6:30pm at West County Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 2211 Clarkson Rd, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 6:30pm also at Newcomer West County Chapel.

Pam, I was so sorry to hear of John's death just a day or so ago. I have fond memories of teaching him in high school and seeing him off and on throughout the years. Blessings from Diane and I as you deal with your loss and continue remembering the love you shared throughout your lives.

John was a childhood friend of mine and I have many fond memories of that time. He was kind, thoughtful, and had an infectious laugh. I will never forget his performance as Tevye in "Fiddler on the Roof" as a Senior at St Thomas Aquinas! Rest in peace John!
