John Vincent Obituary
Johnny enjoyed spending time in his crawfish ponds, working outdoors, and building his muscle car.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 AM on Wednesday.
A private burial will follow at Cossinade Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Edward Vincent, Jacques Vincent, Clayton Vincent, Drey Vincent, Tyler Vincent and Lee Vincent.
He is survived by his daughter, Sophie Marie Vincent; his mother, Jacqueline "Jackie" Vincent; brothers, Edward Vincent(Angie), Jacques Vincent(Ana) and Clayton Vincent(Ali).
He is preceded in death by his father, John F. Vincent Sr. and his brother, Raymond Vincent.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ochsner's Lafayette General ER staff and the 7th floor ICU staff for the care and compassion provided to Johnny and their support to his family during their time of need. The family would also like to thank Hospice of Acadiana and the Calcutta House for the exceptional care and compassion Johnny and his family received during his final days.
