John "Whitey" "Whitey" McAdams

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John "Whitey" McAdams. John, 62, passed away suddenly of natural causes, surrounded by his family in his home on Sunday, August 10, 2025

John was preceded in death by his parents John and Elaine McAdams, his son John Chrisopher, and several brothers-in-law. John dearly loved his family and is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years Judy McAdams, his sons John Joseph (Samantha) and Kyle (Kristen), his stepson Justin, stepdaughter Nicole, and his brother-in-law Mike Walsh (Kathy). He is also survived by the only people on this earth that he tolerated calling him "Johnny", his sisters Maureen Kennedy (Rich), Karen Kervick, Pat Price (Tom), and Paula Travis (Dave). He was Uncle John to several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece and nephew. He will also be tremendously missed by several cousins, many friends and coworkers.

After John's dad retired from being one of Santa's helpers, John happily stepped in and was one of Santa's Helpers at his sisters' school and at homes of friends and family on Christmas Eve.

"Whitey" was a lifelong resident of Levittown, and also loved cars, trucks, going to flea markets and yard sales. He enjoyed driving and, over the years, worked for many trucking companies in the area.

Relatives and friends are invited to John's visitation and life celebration on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 12:00 PM until his Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at the Beck-Givnish Funeral Home, 7400 New Falls Rd., Levittown, PA 19055. His interment will be handled privately.

In lieu of sending flowers, contributions in John/Whitey's name may be made to the St. Christopher Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, PA or to the charity of your choice.
