Johnny Lafett Bachelier, age 54, of Grand Ridge, FL, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at his residence while surrounded by his loving family.
Johnny was a man full of love. He always knew how to make a room full of people laugh. He always seemed to be the one that would make you smile when you needed it the most. Johnny was a character, always bringing laughter and sarcasm everywhere he went. He enjoyed being outside soaking up the sun next to water and he will be missed terribly by family and friends.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Linda Downey Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Stephanie Bachelier; son, Gage Bachelier and wife, Caitlyn; three daughters, Courtney Purvis, Chanley Branch and husband, Eric, and Rylie Bachelier; brother, Gil Bachelier and wife, Christine; two sisters, Tina Paulk and husband, Frankie, and Mona Price; grand children, Allyson, Benjamin and Blakely Bachelier; brother in law, Scott Edenfield and wife, Stacey; sisters in law, Dwanna Edenfield and Kristie Rabon and husband, Kenny; along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be 2 P.M. Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Jerry Davis officiating.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to VITAS Hospice and to their special friend, Trina Boyd, for such great help during this difficult time.
