Johnny Barker, 65 of Olive Hill, KY passed away on November 27, 2023, at his residence. He was born July 28, 1958, in Grayson, KY; a son of the late Jack Dempsey Barker and Nellie Knipp Barker Huntsman.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Rae Barker Bryant; a step-brother, Johnny Cecil Huntsman; and a step-sister, Carolyn Sue Huntsman Collins.
Johnny was a surveyor and later owned an auto body repair shop.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Jean Burton Barker;a son, Russell Jon Barker of Grahn, KY; a step-father, Raymond Huntsman of Grahn, KY; a sister, Shirley (Ishmel) Boggs of Grahn, KY; a brother, Paul (Julie) Huntsman of Grahn, KY; a step-brother, Ricky (Gail) Huntsman of Grayson, KY; a step-sister, Penny (Joe) Roark of Olive Hill, KY; five grandchildren, Kayla Jolene Bryant (Noah Perkins), Kelsey Rae Bryant (Garrett) Bales, Kyra Leigh Barker, Tristan Jon Blake Barker, and Izzabella Nolen; three great-grandchildren, Kelly Jo Perkins, Gwendolyn Raeann Bales, and Isaac Dean Bales.
A private graveside memorial service will be conducted at the Barker Family Cemetery, John Bradley and David Bryant ministers.
