Johnny Martin Johnston Sr. 61, of Kincaid went to be with the lord peacefully at Fayetteville Healthcare Center following a long illness.
Born in Montgomery, WV on June 9, 1963 to the late Wilburn Johnston Sr. and Betty McQueen Johnston.
Johnny was a skilled machanic and loved his family.
He was a loved father, husband, brother, uncle and more. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by his son Johnny "John John" Johnston Jr, and daughter Violet "May May" Johnston Lovejoy, Brother Ralph Johnston, Sisters Virginia "Sue" Johnston and Tammy Foster.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife Wanda Stonestreet Johnston, 3 grandkids Carl, Adena, and Leeanna. Brother Wilburn "Jug" Johnston Jr. Sisters Annamae Johnston (Risty) and Reba Settle (Rex) Special niece Kristy Williams (Jordan) and Michelle Reese Special Nephew Darrell Reese. Many other beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.
In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated following the visitation.
