Johnny Ray Walker, 83, died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in Tillman's Corner.
Johnny was born on March 6, 1942 in Mobile, AL to Lillian Walker. Johnny was a longtime resident of Tillman's Corner. Johnny lived a life marked by quiet strength, dedication to his family and a deep appreciation for the simple joys. He touched many lives with his humor and good spirits.
Johnny is preceded in death by; his wife Sherry and his mother, Lillian.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Johnny Walker ll (Mary), William Walker (Shanna), and Richard Walker (Lydia), and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family would also like to show their appreciation to Red Dog & Rachel Reynolds, Leo Dickson, Erika Walker, and Shanna Walker, for helping our father in his time of need, especially in his final day.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00 on September 5, 2025 at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church, 5860 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL 36619, then a farewell service, followed by a graveside service at the Magnolia Springs Baptist Cemetery.
