Johnny Leonard Walthour, Jr., 50, of Columbia City, Indiana left this world on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Born July 14, 1975, in Nassau County, Florida he was the son of Johnny and Brenda (Norton) Walthour.
He graduated from Columbia City High School. Johnny was an accomplished machinist and worked at Johnson and Johnson for over five years.
Johnny lived a life defined by strength, discipline, and a spirit that never wavered. Known for his remarkable skill in professional archery, and his deep love for hunting, fishing, and golfing, he carried the work ethic of a true warrior-steadfast, focused, and unwavering in everything he set his hands to.
To his family and friends, Johnny was more than his passions and talents. He was a solid, dependable presence-someone whose dedication, quiet pride, and resilience shaped the lives around him. His daughters were the light of his world, and he leaves behind a legacy of determination, love, and grit.
Johnny is survived by his daughters, Tia Walthour and Teran (Justin) Wheeler; his father, Johnny Walthour Sr.; and his brother, Travis Walthour. Each will carry his memory with them, honoring the lessons he taught through the way he lived. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Walthour.
Though he has stepped beyond this life, the strength of his spirit and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
