Johnny Webb Obituary
Johnny was born July 31, 1958 in Highland Park, Michigan to the late Jesse Willard and Eleanor Alice Crook Webb. He was a longtime account executive for Federal Mogul who enjoyed a wide variety of sports in his spare time - from softball to water volleyball to coaching little league. He was an active member of Sparta Church of the Nazarene where he was a staple of the church choir. He found joy in singing and playing guitar. However, his greatest passion in life was being Papa to his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by brothers Ralph and David Webb; sister Linda Moss.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years Frankie England Webb
Two daughters and their spouses: Danielle & Brandon Hillis, Natalie & Tyler Whorton
Four grandchildren: Ben Hillis, Brady Hillis, Rhoane Whorton and Lella Whorton
Two sisters: Patsy Webb Canine and Sharon Robinson Webb
Brother: Jimmy Webb
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Saturday, June 11, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00am until service time Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home. Jamie McCormick will officiate.
Grayson Winningham, Tyler Whorton, Brandon Hillis, Ben Hillis, Brady Hillis, Dwayne Kilgore, Rhoane Whorton and David Sorrell will serve as pallbearers
