Born on March 29, 1956, in Windom, Minnesota, Joleen was a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose thoughtful nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

Joleen's early years in Windom were filled with the warmth of a close-knit family. She was the beloved daughter of the late Evelyn Hanson and Calvin Block. Her journey through life was shared with her devoted siblings, Brian Block and his wife Pamela, and Linda Block, who married Richard Reymont. Joleen's spirit will be carried on through her loving nephews, Dustin Block and his wife Tiffiney, Alex Reymont, and Kelly Reymont. She was predeceased by her nephew, Joshua Crowell, whose memory remained dear to her heart.

An ardent advocate for education, Joleen pursued her academic goals with passion, culminating in the achievement of her Master's Degree. Her intelligence shone brightly in her professional endeavors, and she inspired many with her dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Joleen's interests were as varied as they were rich. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as knitting, which allowed her to express her creativity and love for others through each carefully crafted stitch. Her fondness for online shopping was matched only by her affection for cats, whose companionship she cherished deeply.
