Jon Rogers Obituary

He is survived by his mother Mary Rogers and John Olsen of Crescent City, one son and five siblings. His son Jon G Rogers III of Missouri, Justin and Jessica Rogers of Watseka, Elizabeth Bristle and Ryan Maxfield of Crescent City, Taylor Rogers of Crescent City, Ava Weege of Batavia and David Rogers.
Jon loved to spend time with family, especially his son, nieces and nephews. He had a larger than life personality; lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing and writing music. Jon never looked down on others, always treated everybody as his equal no matter what their situation in life was. Jon was loved and cherished by everyone that knew him.
With a heart of gold and beautiful soul, the memory of Jon will forever be kept in the heart of his family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 Tuesday November 30, 2021 at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
Funeral Mass at 10:00 am on Wednesday December 1, 2021 at St. Edmund Catholic Church in Watseka.
A private interment will take place at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka.
Memorials may be made to Banyan Treatment Center
